CEREBRATING 75 YEARS OF STAPS

CEREBRATING 75 YEARS OF STAPS

As most of us here already know, St. Aloysius Primary School will this year 12th October 2013 celebrate 75 years of existence, an event/anniversary that has had no predecessors since the beginning in 1938 (as a boys school that later enrolled girls as well) thanks to the consenting of Old Boys & Old Girls of this model school who unanimously agreed to have the Jubilee recognised in a very special way this year.

Meetings have been held, Get togethers in respect to the event have been organised and we won’t stop now.

NB: The Jubilee date has been postponed as opposed to the previous 5th October 2013 due to a Presidential visit that will be at Mbarara Municipal Council headquarters. For this reason therefore, Police and MMC would not accept a band that is intended to lead us as we march from #STAPS through the town & back while the head of state is visiting.

It’s our prayer that this doesn’t disrupt your programs. Thanks!
